About Advanced Wellness
Established in 2005, Advanced Wellness has been providing physical therapy and chiropractic care for people from all walks of life.
Why we are unique
Advanced Wellness is a small physical therapy and chiropractic center treating Lincoln Park and the surrounding towns since 2005. With a close-knit staff, you will be greeted by a familiar smile at every visit. We schedule patients lightly so that there is no wait time for your appointment. Each client will receive ample individual one-on-one treatment time with one of our practitioners. We encourage our current, past and potential future clients to stop by or call the office anytime with questions. If you call after hours, you won’t get an answering service, instead Dr. Julie Ann herself will answer the phone.
Meet our team:
Dr. Julie Ann Kulinski, DPT
Dr. Julie Ann Kulinski received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (currently Rutgers) in 2009. Her compassionate and caring treatment approach focuses on the specific needs and goals of each patient. Dr. Julie looks at each client as a whole person, not just a specific body part needing treatment. She recognizes that each client is unique and therefore requires individualized care. Dr. Julie has a large set of tools in her tool bag in order to help each patient move to the best of their ability. She encourages patients take an active role in their recovery for successful rehabilitation and prevention of future pain and injury.
When Dr. Julie is not treating patients, she is a certified yoga instructor and a very active person. She is an avid rock climber, enjoys hiking, stand up paddling, snowboarding and any active sport or adventure. Dr. Julie is also the mother of an equally active six year old boy.
Dr. Eddy Fischgrund, DC
An alumnus of New York Chiropractic College and Rutgers University, Dr. Eddy Fischgrund has been a practicing chiropractor since 1979. Dr. Eddy is committed to providing you with the highest quality health care available. He continues to do this by attending several continuing education conferences and seminars each year. When not at work, Dr. Eddy enjoys golf, softball, pickleball as well as spending time with his four grandchildren.
Gill Steel, PTA
With a BS in Physical Education from Wesley College and Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Essex County College, Gill has been treating clients since 2001. Having participated in sports from an early age-excelling in both basketball and softball throughout high school and college, Gill understands the challenges and injuries athletes face. Having had several injuries throughout her life, she is able to combine her own experiences with her education and apply it to her work. Gill continues to participate in several social sports clubs and exercises regularly.
